Sound Healing is an ancient art that goes back over 3000 years. Everything is vibrating at a molecular level. Science proves that health relates to the resonances of our bodies. Sound and music can deeply influence our well-being in powerful ways. Come to the Embody Studio for a healing sound journey and experience a meditative way to relax and enjoy music and sound as therapy.
Michael is proficient in multiple disciplines and has excellent intuitive skills. As you experience Michael’s soothing sounds, Megan will offer individual hands on energy healing. No experience needed and dress for comfort. Be seated or lie down – this sound healing suitable for everyone. Studio props are available for extra comfort, but please feel free to bring blankets and a pillow.
Bring yourself into balance for the weekend! Join Megan from the comfort of your home wherever you are. Somatic Yoga Classes take place on zoom on select Fridays from 4-5:15 pm Dublin GMT (11-12:15 am Eastern). If you are unable to attend live, recordings of each class are available for 2 weeks after the live session. €15 per class, or option to include the Friday Somatic Yoga Classes as part of your membership.
As an IAYT Certified Yoga Therapist, Megan’s goal is to create a personalized yoga regime that is simple and consistent so that you can and want to manage and sustain your own sense of stability, health, strength and comfort. Yoga Therapy is full being health maintenance and compliments the healing process on all levels.
